Do I need witnesses?
Witness requirements depend on the document and the instructions provided by your attorney or document preparer. SBK can help coordinate witnesses when requested, subject to availability and additional fees.
Can you come to a hospital, rehabilitation center, or nursing home?
Yes. Mobile appointments are available at medical and residential care facilities. The signer must be alert, willing, able to communicate, and able to present acceptable identification.
Can you meet at my attorney’s office?
Yes. SBK can meet at an attorney’s office or another agreed professional location and can coordinate the signing logistics with the office when requested.
Can multiple family members sign during one appointment?
Yes. Please share the number of signers, documents, witnesses, and locations in advance so enough appointment time can be reserved.
What identification is required?
Each signer should have a current, acceptable government-issued photo identification. Contact SBK before the appointment if identification is expired, unavailable, or uncertain.
Can you print my documents?
Yes, mobile printing may be available when documents are provided in advance. Printing and travel fees may apply.
