SBK Notary is building a dependable, on-call network of qualified adults who may be contacted when an appointment requires a document witness. Opportunities are currently available throughout Dallas–Fort Worth and select East Texas communities along I-20 East.

Assignment Details

$25 per completed witness assignment
Payment is made the same day after the appointment concludes
Assignments are offered on an as-needed basis
Appointment details and eligibility requirements are provided before acceptance

Basic Qualifications

At least 18 years of age
Current, unexpired government-issued photo identification
Professional, punctual, dependable, and able to maintain confidentiality
Able to satisfy the legal requirements for the specific document and disclose any conflict of interest

Witness qualifications vary by document. SBK Notary will confirm assignment-specific eligibility, including impartiality, beneficiary status, relationships, and any other requirements before an assignment is finalized. Joining this network does not guarantee employment, assignments, hours, or recurring work.
